Almost another new year

With only 26-1/2 hours left of 2009...we have a lot to be greatful for. We're healthy, happy, have a 2 year old that never stops and makes us laugh all the time and are getting ready for our new arrival. We're still in the middle of remodeling our house (never ending when you have an old house) but that should be done soon.

2010 will bring...another addition to our family, which will be amazing and difficult for a while. Blake will be a big brother, so we're hoping he transitions well!

Snowy Christmas

Had the start of a big snowstorm come through in the night. Blake went out with Eric to help "shovel" and was loving playing in the snow.

Christmas Train...Choo Choo

Blake spent the day in Buffalo making cookies and playing in the snow. After work, Eric and I headed down to pick him up and go to the Christmas Train that was running through town.

It was so cool! We wish there had been something like this when we were kids.

Cuddle Time

Blake's favorite thing to do lately is cuddle...he will say "I need to cuddle Mommy/Daddy". Today was a big cuddle day, lots of lounging around.

Happy Holidays from the Wellers! Only 2 more weeks til Christmas is here....thankfully we finally have some snow on the ground so it looks like winter again!

21 Weeks

A Girl! We found out today that Blake is going to have a baby sister. Very excited and blessed that she is healthy and growing great!

Christmas Cookies!

Thanksgiving weekend...headed to the cities since Daddy was pheasant hunting in ND. Did some shopping Friday, then celebrated Grandpa's birthday. Saturday we made Christmas cookies all day long. Blake had fun helping out. Great Grandma Wanda made him this super cute apron and he wanted it on all day!

Choo Choo Train

Daddy set up his Choo Choo train tonight and Blake got the hang of running it quickly. He is starting to love trains!!

Time for the Christmas Tree

Yes I caved in and put our tree up last night...I was getting sick of all the pumpkins and really love having a tree up. Won't be putting the ornaments on til sometime this weekend, but just wanted to get the lights on now.

Daddy time

Sunday Eric hooked up the Playstation2 and sat down with Blake with a race car game. Blake liked it so much he wanted his own controller and brought his chair over to sit next to daddy. He didn't really know what he was doing but had fun anyways.

Daddy has a funny hat, and Blake wanted to wear it last night. It was just odd seeing him with such long curly hair...hahaha!

18 Weeks!

Here I am...18 weeks pregnant. Almost 1/2 way already!! 2 weeks from today we find out if Blake will have a baby sister (what we're hoping) or a baby brother!

Sauerkraut

Eric made a sandwich tonight with sauerkraut in it and Blake wanted to try some. Here he is going in for a bite. Eric gave him some of the kraut and he really liked it!

Happy Halloween!

Blake and I headed to Apple Valley for Halloween this year. We carved pumpkins with Grandma and Grandpa (Anton) and then went Trick or Treating with my friend Melissa and her 2 boys, and Zibby. Blake loved trick or treating!

Blake thinks it's hilarious to try and pick up Sally and carry her around. She's not a fan, but puts up with him since he occassionally drops snacks her way.

Wow...lots of posts this month! Fall is a great time, we didn't get enough nice weather to really play outside. Finally we did get out and raked up some leaves. Had to get the anual outside pictures with leaves and pumpkins!

Here is the 1st picture I'm sharing of my baby belly (and bloat...haha). Looking back at pictures from when I was pregnant with Blake, I look to be close to where I was at 18 weeks.

Our friends Adam and Heidi got married on Oct.20th (yesterday). Adam is going to Iraq again, so they had a small wedding in Mankato. It was a great ceremony and dinner!

Since we finally got a warm day, we headed out to one of our local pumpkin patches. Blake had fun running around the patch and seeing the animals at the petting zoo. He has gone from his balloon obsession, to pumpkin obsession.

We now have 5 pumpkins at home...haha.

Blake Turns 2!!

We celebrated Blake's 2nd Birthday this past weekend. Had pretty much all our family over for some Mexican food and fun.

Blake actually blew out the candles on his cake...no spit, all air! He did it before we could even sing to him, so we had to re-light them and do it again. (He looks so serious here). He wasn't so sure about everyone singing to him, had a mini meltdown.

Goofing around with daddy...see how he "STILL" has a balloon in his hand? He was obsessed with them all weekend. Literally hung onto them through-out his entire party. We had to put them away so he would open up his gifts.
