This is the closest picture I have to my "starting" point...over the summer I lost about 10lbs but then it went back on. WE signed up for the YMCA the weekend after Thanksgiving, so we are into week 7 right now. Per my scale at home, I've lost 14 lbs as of this morning! Woo! I feel better, my clothes fit better (not to mention I dropped a pant size in my dress pants). I love it! My goal is to lose 40lbs over all...a good 20-25 of that coming off before our trip to FL in Feb.
Blake (my wonderful photographer) snapped these for me last night after I got back from Zumba. Another thing I"m loving....I work out about 3 times a week on the machines, then do Zumba on Wed nights. Well I've only done Zumba 3 times, but it's something I plan on continuing, it's so much fun and a great workout! I'm totally uncoordinated, but By summer I should have all the moves down!

Well Christmas 2011 has finally come to an end. We had a nice long weekend at the cabin over Christmas (celebrating with the Hicks' side) then headed to my Grandma's house in Brainerd for Christmas. Tonight we had our final installment on the Weller side since Eric's step brother was home from Montana. Sadly we don't have any pictures on my camera from my Grandma's house, as it was our 1st Christmas there since my Grandpa died in 1997.
