Blake and Em playdate

Our friend Emmie turned 2 last week, so we got together for a playdate. The kids are really growing up! We headed to the "Bounce Depot" in Waite Park. They were both kinda freaked out for the first 40 min, then they wanted to play forever. It was a fun time and a great workout for Jessie and I.

Family Duluth trip 2009

We decided to take a little trip to Duluth this weekend...get away. Ran out of town on Saturday, and headed up north. Had a great time in Duluth and Gooseberry Falls.

Blake passed out after leaving Gooseberry...he was reading to himself, and all of a sudden he was quiet, so we looked back and this is what we found.

Munsinger Gardens 2009

We have been checking out our beautiful Munsinger Gardens again this year, last night everything was in full bloom and just amazing. The last thing we are waiting for this summer are the giant Hibiscus that we saw last summer.

Happy 4th of July!

Hope you all had a great 4th of July. Blake was up at the cabin for about 10 days with Gma and Gpa Hicks, mommy came up for 5 straight days over the 4th (what a great break!).

Our lake has an anual boat parade on the 4th....this year we went all out and did Gilligans Island. It was awesome!
