Another 4th of July has come and gone. It was a great one....beautiful weather at the lake! The weekend didn't start off all that easy....Eric was stuck at home because we had some nasty down drafts around the Tornado that touched down hit our neighborhood. We only lost a fence and some tree limbs. Eric thought we were going to lose the entire tree, but we were saved. He came home early Monday to clean up the rest of the storm mess to find out our water line to the fridge leaked and flooded our house. Bleh!
Cabin time...lots of boating and swimming, and eating of smoked meats. The boys smoked pork shoulder for sammies, which was amazing!! Then they smoked Ribs and Brisket for Sunday dinner....yum yum! Love having that smoker! Olivia loves the water, loved splasing all around!
